
Safety Plan
BOOKING:
~The salon will be open for appointments only, walkins are temporarily not allowed.
~To book an appointment, please either email or call the salon and provide the following information: Name, contact phone number or email, service required and availability.
~To minimize touch points, we won't be answering the phone when we are with clients, we will return your message later in the day.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
~Clients will be expected to perform a self-screening assessment before an appointment and, if you are symptomatic, we will not be able to perform any services on you that day. Please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
~Please arrive to your appointment on time, you will wait outside on the front steps until your stylist waves you in. If you would like us to call you when we are ready, let us know.
ENTRY INTO THE SALON:
~Once you have been signaled to come inside, please use the hand sanitizer provided.
~Please come alone to your appointment, only individuals with appointments will be allowed in the salon. We are restricted to one client per stylist at one time with no one waiting in the waiting area.
DURING YOUR SERVICE:
~We will only be occupying every second work station (including basins) and will be sanitizing and disinfecting all tools and work stations between clients.
~We are booking extra time after each service to ensure time for disinfecting.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
~Face masks must be worn by all staff and clients. We will provide disposable masks if needed.
~Hand sanitizer will be available at every work station, front desk, bathroom and entry to the salon, clients are encouraged to use as much as necessary during their visit.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
~Unfortunately we can no longer provide beverages or reading material such as magazines. You are allowed to bring your own reading material (we have free wifi for your devices)
~No outside food or drinks.
TRANSACTIONS:
~The salon will only be accepting cashless payments, the POS terminal will disinfected between transactions. We also have the option for etransfer, ask your stylist for details.
